Q&A: I want to attend law school but do they recognize online degrees through Kaplan University?

So I spoke to a kapalan advisor and they mentioned that they have the greatest accredidation achievable and i am able to transfer to any U the moment i full my BA software. The only problem is I do not know if a legislation faculty will accept a ba on the web degree. I recenetly finished my aa via 1 of kaplan’s sister university referred to as maric, but i never know if their credits are transferable to my state U. I want to ultimately go to legislation schoole but i want to know if i should consider the kaplan route or just commence all above again at JC. I’m 22 years old and I had previously attended a 4 year college right after high school and due to my reckless party life, screwed up my grades terribly. I dropped out of college and had quite a few jobs since then. I regret doing that, but I learned from my mistakes. I really want to go back to school and get a degree now that I know what I want. I’m very intelligent and am capable of getting straight A’s especially now that i’m more focused. It has always been a dream of mine to graduate from the University of Florida. If I get my Associates degree from Kaplan and get excellent grades and finish with a high GPA, do you think UF will accept me? Has anyone gone through a similar situation and gotten accepted into UF?

You may want to contact UF and see if the credits you get from Kaplan will transfer over. Call the admissions office and let them know when you are trying to attend and they will be able to lead you in the right direction. I am glad to hear that you have learned and moved on from your mistakes and that may be a great thing to tell them in your personal essay when you apply to UF.
